Don’t be alarmed at the fire truck and ambulance driving through campus with lights flashing and sirens blaring tonight. It’s just Santa passing through to offer a friendly wave.
I’ve seen it happen plenty of times at home in a community full of little kids who will run out just to watch the Big Guy drive by – but all that noise on a Sunday night at college during finals week? He wasn’t even throwing out candy!
Go outside when you hear the noise if you want to catch a glimpse of Ol’ Saint Nick, otherwise just keep studying. Merry 2-weeks-early Christmas and happy holidays!
