Ohio for Obama

According to a CNN projection, Obama has won Ohio. What this means for the Democrats: Barring an unforeseen victory for McCain in a big ticket state, with the Pennsylvania and Ohio wins under Obama’s belt, things are looking up for the Democrats.

Projected wins

A number of a states have just closed their polls. Projections give Obama 77 electoral votes and McCain 34.  Obama’s also starting  to pick up Florida with 55% of counted votes going to Obama, 45% to McCain.
