Volleyball fell to the Binghamton Bearcats 15-25, 25-17, 18-25, 25-14 and 10-15 in the America East Tournament Semi-Finals. Junior Ashley Oscars led the team with 17 kills, junior Kira Giles had 49 assists and freshman  Alyssa Lang had 14 kills and led the team with 15 digs in the loss. Lang also won the AEC Rookie of the Year award and was Second Team All-Conference along with teammate Bridget Scheetz. Lang and freshman Allie Spaay made the AEC All-Rookie team. The Retrievers conclude their 2008 season with a record of 18-13 overall and 7-6 in the AEC.
