How do you feel about Governor O'Malley's proposed three percent tuition increase for USM students?

It is too much to ask of students.
It is understandable, but I’d rather not pay for it.
It is a great way to fund the University System of Maryland during a time with budget cuts.
I don’t know enough about it to have an opinion on the subject.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon [PG13]

Edward and Bella are back for another round of emotionless stare-offs in the new Twilight movie. New Moon, based on the second book in the series by Stephenie Meyer, involves the vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson) hitting the high road on the human Bella (Kristen Stewart), who is as devastated as someone as devoid of emotion as she is can be. She soon finds solace in the arms of the perpetually shirtless werewolf Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). Things only get sexy from there. I personally can't wait for this movie. The first one was insanely bad, but also one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. A positive is that New Moon introduces a villain played by actor Michael Sheen, who is always a welcome addition, but I don't think he will make up for the wooden-as-all-hell performances that can be guaranteed from Pattinson and Stewart. See this for the unintentional humor.

The Blind Side [PG13]

Sandra Bullock stars in this film about an upper class housewife who takes in a poor, struggling boy and tries to help him build himself up from his broken roots. The trailer for this film made it look terrible, but word of mouth has been surprisingly good, and it is about Ravens' right tackle Michael Oher. Bullock has also been mentioned as an Oscar contender for this film, if you can believe it. If this is any indication, The Blind Side may be worth seeing.

Planet 51 [PG]

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson voices a human astronaut who finds himself on a distant planet where he is the alien. The comedy also stars the voice talents of Gary Oldman, Justin Long, Jessica Biel, and Sean William Scott. Looks like a run-of-the-mill silly animated film that caters mostly to kids. This may be worth skipping if you're not into that kind of thing.

Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans [R]

Nicholas Cage, Val Kilmer, and Eva Mendes star in this film by renowned director Werner Herzog about a drug-addled cop who tries to balance his dark personality with his devotion to his job. This should yield a solid performance from Cage, although the critical response to it has been mixed at best.

Broken Embraces [R]

The new film from Spanish filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar stars Penelope Cruz in a four-way story of dangerous love, and is shot in 1950's film noir style. Almodóvar has a good track record, so this film should be at least interesting to take in.
